Returns & Exchanges

At Bombay Trooper, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If a product doesn't fit your vibe or your size, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Place it back in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package at no extra cost to you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund or ship your new size immediately.
